Deliver appropriate physical/injury related assessments and rehabilitative treatments to our unique acrobatic population, according to your scope of practice Participate in the physical evaluation of all artists Help establish and implement personalized conditioning programs (may include pilates or other exercise-based classes) and make recommendations on injury prevention which may be beneficial to the specific needs of the artists Contribute to show’s health care team and ensure a strong team spirit within the department and beyond Regularly update the Artistic Coordinator, coaches and stage management on the status of artists under your care Make recommendations regarding the “health and wellness” of the artists, and help educate artists and employees on health-related topics Provide appropriate first aid and emergency care when needed Help ensure the department’s daily operational needs are met.

Join our team and apply your bachelor’s degree in physical therapy or certification in athletic therapy, your four years or more of experience working with athletes and/or dancers, your excellent manual therapy skills and knowledge of emergency care, your fluency in English (French an asset), as well as your interest in relocating (resident shows) or touring full time and/or working in foreign countries (touring shows).
